Contractors - Would you like to be considered for a HOCOA Partnership?
Must carry insurance full time - HOCOA will become a certificate holder.
If your profession requires a license then we must have a copy of that certificate.
(ie. electricians, plumbers, builders, etc.)
Need three references:
1) *** Professional reference ***
2) *** Customer reference ***
3) *** Character reference ***
Contractors are required to have experience and stability. We require
that you live in the area for at least 3 years and that you have
had at least
3 years of experience.
Required to come in for an interview. You can sign up for information and
for the application ahead of time.
HOCOA is an "AAA-type" service for your home. We match the customer's requested service with our best certified contractor.
